It simply does not hold up as well to the daily rigors of eating, drinking, and the other activities you use your teeth for. Still, there are a few things you can do to help keep the dental bonding in place longer, and by following these tips you can help maximize the life of your dental bonding. Watch What You Eat You already know that eating foods high in sugar is a bad idea for your teeth. But it can damage your dental bonding, as well. Limit your intake of candy, soda, and other foods and beverages with excess sugar in them. If you do enjoy these foods and drinks, at least take a few moments to rinse out your mouth once you have finished. Wear a Mouthguard at NightOne of the biggest things you can do to protect not only your dental bonding, but the rest of your teeth as well, wearing a mouthguard is a huge step forward in your dental protection regimen.
